Reception

At the reception, students can receive help with various concerns or be directed to the appropriate person.

We can help you with

questions about course or programme registration
transcripts of records or registration certificates
BTH card
student account support
parking permits
lending BTH bikes at a deposit of 400 SEK in cash. A bicycle helmet and reflective vest are included.

If you have questions about the learning platform, timetable, required reading or other issues specific to your course/programme, and you are unable to find the answer on BTH’s website, please contact your course/programme director.
