At the reception, students can receive help with various concerns or be directed to the appropriate person.

transcripts of records or registration certificates
BTH card
student account support
parking permits

If you have questions about the learning platform, timetable, required reading or other issues specific to your course/programme, and you are unable to find the answer on BTH’s website, please contact your course/programme director.

During summer closed for lunch at 12:00-13:00

Tuesday 6 June closed
