Important information

    • Signing up for the examination is required
    • Sign up period is only open for 14 days, beginning 4 weeks before the examination takes place
    • Signing up for examination must be done during the sign up period
    • Automatically generated e-mail concerning written examination is only sent to your BTH email.

My exams

In order to sign up and see upcoming exams, you need to log in to your exam pages.

Once you have logged in, you can

  • search for your upcoming exams
  • sign up for exams
  • see your exam registrations
  • see your scanned exams

To write exam on campus

Sign up for the exam is mandatory.

Admission to the exam starts no later than 20 minutes before the start time of the exam. The doors to the room close five minutes before the start of the exam.

Late admission takes place 45 minutes after start time (does not apply to exams lasting only one hour).

To write exam at another location

When taking the exam at another place or in another country, you must make an inquiry to the authority or learning center where you intend to write.

Once you have received confirmation of your request, sign up here in Student Portal before sign up period closes.

Exchange students are always prepared a place for examination from the education institution that has an exchange agreement with BTH.

Administratively responsible for examination

The central Examination Office at BTH administers all invigilated exams and, in some cases, exams taken in a different location. To contact the exam function, you can send an e-mail to tentamen@bth.se .

Take-home/online exams are administered by the lecturers.
