Conversational support

Conversational support

A supportive conversation can be about personal difficulties or something in your study situation. Sometimes it is difficult to see solutions and then it can be good to talk to someone. Our conversations are confidential.

With me, you get conversational support based on your needs. This can be about stress, performance anxiety, difficulty concentrating, worry, mild depression or other things that affect your life and your studies.

Painting Group for Mental Health

Being creative and creating helps us achieve inner balance and well-being. In the painting group, we focus on the creative process, not the outcome. The painting group is part of the Mental Health project, 2024.

BTH provide materials such as paint, canvases, paper, and brushes, and we offer fruit and water.

There is no formal instructor; instead, we support each other in painting. Some of us have painted before, others have not. If you are new, we will help you get started. After we have painted, we will sit down together and reflect on the motifs we have chosen and the thoughts we have had during the creative process.

The painting groups always meet on Mondays from 17:00-20:00. See dates for each group below.

Pre-registration is required: Sign up for one of the painting groups via email to sven-erik.arpaker@bth.se.

Limited number of participants: Maximum 10 participants/group.

Please note that the materials used in our painting group may emit strong odours.
