Conversational support

Conversational support

A supportive conversation can be about personal difficulties or something related to your studies. Sometimes it is hard to see solutions, and it can be helpful to talk to someone outside your immediate circle.

This could involve feelings of sadness, anxiety, stress, concentration difficulties, performance anxiety, loneliness, mental health issues, or anything else affecting your well-being and studies.

With us, you receive conversational support tailored to your needs. Together, we shape the conversation.

We maintain confidentiality and do not keep records. Our conversations are supportive, not therapeutic.

Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Support when you have experienced an incident or accident

We provide advice and support if you have been affected by an accident, incident, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or other similar issues.

Painting Group for Mental Health

Being creative and creating helps us achieve inner balance and well-being. In the painting group, we focus on the creative process, not the outcome. The painting group is part of the Mental Health project, 2024.

BTH provide materials such as paint, canvases, paper, and brushes, and we offer fruit and water.

There is no formal instructor; instead, we support each other in painting. Some of us have painted before, others have not. If you are new, we will help you get started. After we have painted, we will sit down together and reflect on the motifs we have chosen and the thoughts we have had during the creative process.

The painting groups always meet on Mondays from 17:00-20:00. See dates for each group below.

Pre-registration is required: Sign up for one of the painting groups via email to sven-erik.arpaker@bth.se.

Limited number of participants: Maximum 10 participants/group.

Please note that the materials used in our painting group may emit strong odours.
