Study abroad
Study abroad
Students at BTH have the opportunity to conduct some of their studies abroad. You will get to study in a new academic environment, the chance to take specific courses which are not offered at BTH, and gain new perspectives and approaches to your subject area. Furthermore, it is a great way to gain international experience, improve your language skills and increase your understanding of other countries’ cultures and societies. Employers often consider this experience a merit.
International Office
The International Office within Student Affairs is located in building J on the 2nd floor. We can provide information about exchange studies and exchange agreements between BTH and other higher education institutions. We have the administrative responsibility for the entire exchange process.
If you are considering going on an exchange, please contact the International Office, but also talk to your programme director about possible exchange periods and the type of courses that may be relevant.
Before you schedule a meeting with us, please answer the following questions:
- Why do I want to study abroad?
- What can I study? What do I want to study?
- Which semester of my programme is the best time to have an exchange semester?
- In what country do I want to study?
- How are my language skills?
Welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail to book an appointment!
