Register courses
Examination
For each course there is a course examiner who determines when a student has completed the parts of the course and determines the student’s grade on the course. However, it is always the doctoral student’s appointed examiner who formally decides whether a doctoral student can be credited with a certain course in the doctoral education, as well as how many credits the course gives.
Registration
When a course has been completed, it must be registered in Ladok. The registration is made by research officer at BTH.
For a course to be registered, you need:
- Notice from the doctoral student’s examiner to the research officer that the course should be registered. This can be done via email to fo.adm@bth.se.
- Course description, course certificate or equivalent. Attach the necessary documentation of the content of the course and that the doctoral student has passed the course.
