Application

The application process for different exchange programmes may vary, including the application periods. Therefore, it is important to make sure that your application contains all requested documents when you submit it. Incomplete or late applications will not be processed.

As a basic requirement, the application must be complete and the applicant must fulfil the formal requirements for exchange students from BTH.

Selection and nomination

As the number of exchange places at our partner universities is limited, there is a selection and nomination process for the places.

Applications for Erasmus + and bilateral student exchanges are assessed by a reference group composed of staff working at the International Office, as well as a student representative. Decisions on which applicants will be nominated for an exchange place are taken by the International Office in consultation with the departments.  Applications for Nordtek are not assessed at BTH, but by a steering committee composed of Nordtek’s secretary-general and country managers within the network.
